My DIY electric pick from black&decker scissors

This didn't take long to make once I got the scissors... In my opinion it has too much throw.

Your post title suggests we are about to read a DIY instructable. Can you post some photos of the unit and what you had to do to it in order to make it in a pick and not scissors?

Thanks!

well, I got busy with other things in the middle of this posting. I was planning on thanking "paulvalente" for his post:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31252&hilit=black+and+decker

I didn't think it needed to be posted again. although, it does appear the pictures are no longer viewable...

as for the title, i felt like sharing what I had made here with those who are interested in similar things, the instructions are already on this site, and if it were a tutorial video, i would have titled it something like "Make an Electric pick" or "How-To make a..." sorry for any confusion there.
