Looking for a Locksmith training course in Pennsylvania

Postby chubrock70 » 20 Oct 2011 19:56

Hi guys I am new to this site and i am getting good feedback so far. I am looking to become a locksmith and all the traing courses i have seen so far I'm not to sure about. One's that have my intrest are locksmithvideoschool.com and locksmithcareertraining.com they offer courses step by step all on video and CD-rom they both claim to be hands on courses. TRhe only other courses i have found are like ashworth collage or penn foster and all they offer are textbook courses at your own pace. Now i am the kind of person who learns better hands on right in front of me so I am leaning more to the video courses but i would like to gather some feedback from you guys here since i have been getting all good information from everyone here sofar. Again I live in eastern Pennsylvania Lancaster county to be exact if anyone knows of anything local please share with me. thanks Reed Gehr

Check out www.lockquiz.com

I am not affiliated with them at all, but have seen their syllabus and it is quite complete. Written by locksmiths (as opposed to educators). Their HQ is in NJ, I think.

Competitive, online with live instructors who have experience in the field.
