http://consumer.schlage.com/Project%20D ... 13-325.pdf*** That white plastic tube in the manual is called a plug follower, you can make one out of anything that is about 0.500 inch in diameter or ask real nice at the Home Depot or Lowe's rekeying / key cutting center, and maybe the person working will just give you a spare one. A wooden dowel works well, so do pens and markers if they are .500 inch diameter.
