Well, being new to lockpicking here are some things you should know about that lock:
Factory Restricted keyway = you won't find any bump keys for it...
(want to show us a picture of the other side of the key with the building's blind code and keyway stamped on it)
Commercial door prep = not your door or lock...
Lock in Use = you shouldn't be picking it...
It is a 6-pin lock, you should have been able to look at the key and count them...
There typically aren't security pins in this type of Sargent lock cylinders although they are an available option...
Some friendly advice is to re-read the site rules and new user introduction thread for postings about what this site is all about...
