It's not like your ordered a pick set direct from Southord who has a dedicated team of people just to answer the phones so people can complain that their order didn't arrive the next day after they ordered it at 1am on line. I wish everyone was like NewEgg with free overnight shipping on most things, but some companies or smaller individuals running side businesses are not that organized or simply do not run to the post office every time someone places Submit on an order of a pick set. Your stuff will arrive in a few weeks, just chill, grab a beer, take a walk and enjoy the summer. Read this: http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=47057&hilit=creationsAnd please don't be a dick and file a Paypal dispute 72 to 96 hours after placing an order just because they didn't send you a tracking number or whatever... that's being way too jumpy. @squelchtone - I realize this post is over a year old and I'm not trying to start a pi$$ing contest with you but I feel compelled to jump in here. Ideal Creations does not advertise any of the following on their website: - poor customer service - very casual business - site is run by this one guy - selling stuff and mailing it once a week - few weeks for delivery There's a reason why they have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-revi ... x-90177068I first dealt with this company in 2006 and my last dealings were in 2008. They have some "neat" stuff but I won't buy from them again. For instance, their keychain lockpick set is compact and has what you need to get you out of a pinch but it's not designed very well. The picks do not lock very tight and the plastic/cover falls off so there's nothing to keep you from losing the tension wrench. I contacted them numerous times about this & other products I purchased yet I received only one BS response from them. BUYER BEWARE

And that's fine, we appreciate any and all honest reviews and personal anecdotes. What people probably don't realize, as seemed the case with the original poster is that this forum has no association with that website or the guy who runs it, so coming here and having that user post a complaint as if it was somehow our job to do something about it was silly. I think some people are just so used to Amazon and NewEgg and LL Bean free next day shipping, that when they buy something on ebay or from a small online shop and it takes a week or two bulk rate to arrive at your door, people freak out and stomp around. We're in this instant gratification society, nobody has any patience any more. I was just at the post office, and walked back to my car, got in, barely turned the engine and lights on, and some guy behind me is honking for me to get a move on so he can park in my spot. how rude... Thanks for sharing your story, Squelchtone

+1... Somehow I have feelings (my SpideySenses are tingling) that this sort of complaint will only get worse when the Postal Service slows down its delivery times in the Spring of 2012... ~~ Evan

I just came across this sorry for the late reply but, I have to say I have had nothing but a good experience with Ideal Creations lock pick set. On 2 separate occasions I broke the feeler pick and each time I called and received 2 back. I spoke with Aldric and he was a gentleman. Marc
