Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I'm now thinking of ordering from the US...

What do you think of this pick set? It will work with wafer locks too right?

Thanks

Or perhaps this one would be better? http://www.lockpickshop.com/PXS-14.html

It seems to have more picks and is cheaper too. What do you think?

Thanks

Sorry for so many posts, but you can't edit on these forums...

Actually the pick I posted before isn't the "Slimline" one and therefore I don't think I should get it... Is this one worth the extra money (compared to the pick I posted two posts ago) http://www.lockpickshop.com/C1500.html ?

Thanks heaps

Okay thanks. I'll search more thoroughly tomorrow (it's late here). Although I have found that many posts don't really relate to Australian locks...

Apologies again -- I'll fill it out tomorrow. But I'm from Australia. What store would you recommend?

Thanks for your help

The c1500 set you linked is good for Australian locks. I have that set. You honestly don't need a slim line set, but it will help get into trickier keyways.

Hope that helps,

Thanks for your reply.

I've searched on these forums as well regarding whether there will be any issues with customs and the general consensus is that people haven't had any problems. Are you in Australia and have you personally had any problems? I'd just like to double check because obviously I'd like to avoid the headaches if there are any issues.

But interestingly enough wikipedia says that "In Australia possession of lock picking equipment is illegal in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia without a valid Locksmith License". Is this correct? I haven't seen it anywhere else except there...

Thanks again
