Lockpicking shop shipping issue?

Postby drabog » 18 Feb 2012 17:49

Hello everyone, I order some items from lockpickshop.com on the february 6. They sent me a tracking number, but my shipment isn't moving from there. All I have is the city where my shipment was accepted, and all it says is electronic information received. It hasn't moved yet and they're not replying to e-mail. I am from Canada, and I am wondering if it is normal that it takes more than 2 weeks, to make it MOVE from it's original shipping place.

Depending on the carrier (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc) and the shipping method (ground, air, etc) not all information about a packages location is always available.

Some carriers and shipping methods only change the status when a package enters the system and when it's delivered. Customs in Canada can also create delays.

2 weeks isn't weird and no tracking info available might not be weird.

Not replying to your emails is a problem.

Usually when I get things from the states and its a small flat rate box shipping will not update past the "accepted" stage until it is actually delivered. and that can take up to 3 weeks sometimes.
