We have been with Boing UK for many years and are now very concerned with Boing Rapid Secure Ltd as we do not seem to be getting very many call outs. When the police decided to use Boing instead of getting directly in touch with us themselves, our work declined. I have been in touch with Sue from Boing Rapid Secure this morning, who assures me that she will get Reg the Operations Manager to ring me back. So far no call returned (pm) I have looked on line to see if there were any reviews and to my surprise there was an overall blasting of both companies, ie Boing UK and Boing Rapid Secure. Boing UK went into administration on 27 January 2010 the new company being Boing Rapid Secure Ltd who have taken on all the police work in this area and then distribute it to 5 or 6 contractors (supposedly) on a strictly rota basis. What I cannot understand is how any company who is getting work from the police to give out to various contractors in the area can keep it for themselves and charge excessive amounts for a board up. It can never be fair to get all the cream and leave us (the contractors) with the difficult jobs and non payers. Looking on the reviews one contractor states that
they take our money (contractors) and do not pass it on fairly because
there are too many un-vetted contractors. We have no alternative but to be a contractor of Boing as the police do not deal directly with glazing companies any longer.

references as to their current/recent business operations have been out in the open on various forums etc for many months now.........whatever they call themselves these days

there is always an alternative

do not work for them, do not give them your money

Hi,

Just curious to see if there have been any recent issues? We stopped working for Boing in December but are still chasing payments some dating back to 2010! I can't decide if the police are in on the Boing scam or not as we stopped doing the customer to pay jobs and only took police to pay towards the end. Even those ended up being dodgy. We'd get a letter from the Police a month or so after sending our invoice stating we had to chase the homeowner again - joy trying to get money out either someone who's been sent down or is dead! I am thinking of complaining to the Police about them but don't want to keep flogging a dead horse when my time could be spent more productively. Any views appreciated!
