my location is israel and its says on google that the multilock picking tool model (L) is for israeli doors

DealExtreme.com has the LEFT and the RIGHT versions of that tool and for a better price:

The tool you linked to is the wrong version Left, it is for pins located like this: [ _]
For USA, the pin is in the top right of the keyway like this [ =]
