If you are going to do residential and commercial lockouts you will eventually run into locks that do not pick or cannot be bypassed easily. In these cases you will have to resort to losing the job and customer or using destructive entry and replacing the lock or cylinder. So I would say at a minimum you will need replacement locks, cylinders, pinning kit, tools for destructive entry, and replacing the lock or parts you had to compromise.
