FarmerFreak, my fedora's off to you
I just looked up what a bramah lock entails for its mechanisms and i just cant think of a way to attack that properly off the top of my head. I dare say, impressive.
Aim for the impossible, because there is no challenge in trying when something is known that it can be done

The DOM ImShatten360 recently sent me. It was a pleasure to play with such a smooth and clean lock.

Cheers :)

Im not sure how it happened, but I actually got my American 5200 padlock open for the first time! I doubt Ill be able to repeat it, but man it feels good. Serrated pins are tough!

I got this open (American 5200) for the first time and then managed to do it again much more quickly:

I"ll try and save you the trouble I had learning this the hard way: for the American 5200's use THE LIGHTEST TENSION you can. We're talking butterfly on a leaf and that is not an exaggeration. I struggled with mine forever and the minute I backed off the tension wrench it fell right open. Good luck!

Chubb m3, complete with all its 6 pins and sidebar, IIRC 4 mushrooms. It's a very nice lock, I enjoyed many hours picking it, the screws make it very fast to repin and every time it's a different lock 8)

Cheers :)

Another Abus, but the core in this one says "300". On the last one (in the above post) the core said "700 patented". The latter was considerably harder, as the former had at most one spool if any and the latter had several. The keyway on this one was a bit trickier, though. 8)

I guess not too many people post here anymore. Kinda lonely...
Anyway this is what I picked today. Got all three in the mail today and then picked them in less than five minutes, so I was pretty proud of myself.

Add one more American to the pile, I guess. This one took a little longer (10 or 15 minutes).

Great job with those Americans :) some of them are a pain, others are easy, you never know until you try.

Cheers :)

PS resize your pictures to 800x600 pixels before inserting them here.

As a keen photographer I must comment that the photograph is very nicely done. The light is perfect.
