Assuming it's a garrison, classic or interactive then yes. Pin-in-pins will be difficult to bump and the keys can't be made by hand but yes, it is possible and has been done. Garrisons would be the "easiest" to bump although being full of spools I'd say it'd take a great deal of practice to bump them reliably.
Video is unavailable. And you asked this already in another thread anyway. If nobody replied to that thread it's because your question is very specific and not many people will know this without looking into it. Sure, we could google it for you and figure out an answer fairly quickly but it's annoying doing everything for you every time. Especially seeing as when we
do give you clear and concise answers, you ignore it and repeat the same question in reply. ¬_¬
PRO TIP: Try typing the lock model into google and looking at the first few links. If you can't figure it out for yourself then I don't understand your motivation for even asking us about it... you're clearly not a hobbyist so it'd be far more sensible to ask a locksmith in your country if you have a huge list of locks you want to know specific questions about. Or, assuming you're from poland, try asking the guys over at lockpicking.pl
