There is both a phone number and an email address on the web page. You might start with those.
It's a good day when I learn something new.

its a high security lock, from one of the founders of mul t lock. Its got a bolt that mates with the receiver (in the door frame) in such a way that makes it nearly impossible to pull out without cycling the lock normally. Based on what i saw of the video and from the description on their web page the bolt is sort of anchor shaped, it looks like it enters the strike plate area and rotates so pulling on it is almost like trying to pull solid metal apart.

It looks like an awesome way to keep your door closed-as long as your door and jamb are strong as hell as well! If you want one do as nothumbs suggested and contact the website.

Were you looking to open a martock?
I punched punctuation right in the face!
