Possible interesting tension tool

When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Possible interesting tension tool

I can't see the video as this base has deemed youtube to be damning to the soul, and possibly a source of moral, and education therefore it will be blocked. Hopefully if I am lucky one of you guys can watch this video, and both get something out of it and possibly write up what Kelly did to make said tension tool. This gentlemen is big into firearms, and lockpicking as of late so he usually posts great videos to watch. Maybe some of you have already posted this technique.

It seems to me that cutting a larger or deeper notch originally (instead of two separate notches) accomplishes the same thing, by allowing the TW a lower set in the bottom (as shown) of the keyway. Having a shoulder on the right side, assuming that torque will almost always be applied clockwise, doesn't seem to be a big help, IMHO.

MM, I'm not so they're wrong about Youtube.
