Hello all,
I've been out of the loop for some time so I'm sorry if this is a repeat topic.
I have acquired a Master Lock M532 (Master Lock lists it as M532XKADLH on their website). I dont have an operating key, so I'm trying to find some information about this lock in hope of getting it open. It has a kw1 keyway and can be rekeyed with a reset tool. Is it a smart key design, and if so when or did Master Lock and Kwikset partner up? If it is a smart key design then the main difference that I see is that you cannot insert the rekey tool until the cylinder is turned 90 degrees. Other than that everything else looks the same as a smart key. Any information is appreciated.
