My lockpicking hobby started a few months ago, after I managed to lock myself out. I called for a lockpicker and he charged me 600 DKR for 5 minutes work. I make 100 DKR an hour, not including tax, so I would say its quite expensive.
After this I started thinking about if I would be able to do it by myself, so I bought a cheap lock pick gun from dealextreme along with som single pin pickers. I havent been able to pick my own door as of now. but when my friend locked himself out yesterday, I somehow managed to pick his lock after 15 minutes of trying.
I've read a bit about lockpicking, but cant seem to find good information on how I should use my tension tool.
I insert tension tool first.
Then insert pickgun directly under pins, and give it a slight angle so It should hit the pins.
Then I give a little tension on the tool and start "shooting"

Should the tension just be a constant slight pressure?
Should I reset once in a while?
Read the LSI guide, but It didnt say much about tension. Any pointers out there?
