I would suggest contacting the manufacturer or a locksmith. Information on opening safes is part of the advanced forums. Don't feel too bad... I don't have access to tho forums yet, either.
Just when you finally think you have learned it all, that is when you learn that you don't know anything yet.

There is ample free information on the S&G website.

I would recommend you test the combination once you find it several times with the door open before closing the safe.

If it isn't too big, just lift the door off and cart it to a locksmith. Should run @$30 to determine & or change the combination.

Information on how to manipulate safes is restricted to the advanced forums.
Here are the requirements for access:

If you're not interested in becoming a regular member of the forum and applying for access, and just want a quick answer to your question, your best bet is to contact a local locksmith who specializes in safes and vaults.
One way to check is to ask if they are a member of SAVTA.
I'd suggest finding one locally which has a physical storefront, not just an 800 number with no other way to contact them.

Or as cledry suggested, contact S&G.

Thank for trying to help and no offence but, if i wanted to pay a locksmith i would have alreay done that, kind of a common sense thing dont you think?

Yep.
Just like it's common sense not to keep asking the same question, even though you've been told multiple times that it's against the rules of this site to discuss safe and vault opening techniques outside of the advanced forum.
