Silca blanks CB34R and CB44R (Lane)

Postby minifhncc » 23 Oct 2012 3:55

Hi all,

Does anyone know the difference between the Silca blanks CB34R and CB44R. As far as I can tell they just have different heads and they both work for the lane X66 keyway. But then it seems unusual for Silca to create these two versions just for that...

Thanks heaps

They are the same, Silca have a few keys that are the same other than the heads. LF27 and LF37, LW4/5 and WC2, there are a few Mazda and Ford keys that are the same as well as some other car manufactures that share models or locks like Toyota and Mitsubishi.

I think WC2 is more for Whitco locks, although C4 seems to work fine on those...

Yes it is for Whitco locks but the only difference is the head of the key.
