Congratulations on opening your first lock!
It is a good idea to repin the lock with one pin stack at a time, then gradually add pins as you get the feel for them. Try to see how
little turning pressure you can use and still open the lock. Starting with one pin is an excellent way to learn this exercise. It will help you greatly in your future picking with tougher locks if you learn to use light pressure for several reasons. First, it binds only one pin at a time. Second, you can feel what is happening inside the lock through your picks and tension wrench better if you are not putting too much pressure when turning. Also, when you start getting to security pins, many people have an easier time with them if they are gentle.
Best of luck to you, and keep practicing!

P.S. Don't worry about times. If you are trying to rush, it can be tougher. Relax, and speed will come in time if you practice.
Just when you finally think you have learned it all, that is when you learn that you don't know anything yet.
