transporting lockpicks

i live in ohio and from what i have read i think if you get caugt with lockpicks you get charged with possesion of burglery tools but if i wanted to buy lockpicks from a dealer at like my flea market how am i suppost to get them home then?

By driving home in a sane and safe manner. If you don't give the police a reason to pull you over, they won't suspect you of having picks, therefore will not charge you. Also, if you are that worried, put them in the trunk for transport.

thanx. that makes sense. but i didnt know if you did get pulled over if they would be understanding. but your right. even if you did happen to get pulled over they wouldnt be searching you so thanks

If you do get pulled over, forget that you have the picks in your trunk. don’t act nervous. also if you keep your insurance and registration in your glove box, do not put the picks in your glove box. drive straight home. 8)
