Attended the Dec. 16 meeting and it was excellent, no matter what your level (I'm a newbie but not a total beginner). Only so much you can learn all by yourself. Really helpful to see and talk to others and squelchtone was very patient and very helpful. Lots of locks to try. Since he intends to do this again (not sure how regularly) I encourage anyone interested to show up.

! I really just missed the 17 >.< Anyway, been lurking on and off for about a year getting the basics down. Broke my computer and am finally able to get back on! I was wondering if anyone had any news on whether these meetings were still going on? I'd love to get in on this as I'm in the Plymouth area. Any response appreciated!

yes, meetings are 3rd Sunday of every month, but we don't allow anonymous visitors at the meeting, every one is ID'd at the door and has to sign a waiver.

Hello everyone

I'm new to the sport and am very interested in learning more and would like to make it to one of the meetings.

I'm a firefighter from Leominster and that's where my interest started. I picked up an inexpensive Southord set and started by practicing on a few locks at home. Most of the time on calls the property owners will leave a set of keys in the Knox box, but isn't always the case. After gaining some confidence at home I've tried my hand at work with maybe a 40% success rate. On unsuccessful attempts it usually ends with destructive forced entry and angry property owners. I'm looking to improve my success rate and think that's only going to come with more practice and some guidance.

Looking forward to meeting some others and learning more about the sport!
