Simple question about springs

I searched for an answer on this but couldn't find it.
What is the typical gauge of bronze phosphorus or stainless steel pin springs?

I have seen both types of springs used with different gauges of metal. Some manufacturers prefer one gauge over another, but some are using different gauges for springs in the same lock to help increase bump resistance.

I agree with what Gordon is saying: I don't believe any one gauge is "standard"; it varies by manufacturer.

That being said, you could always ask these guys http://www.springman.co.uk what the more common gauges are. If you find out the details, please share
