Cisa Lever lock

I don't know if this belongs to the Advanced area, so I tried not to include specific details. If it is, please inform me and lock the thread.

My question is, is it pickable (at least in theory) like other old regular lever locks? With wires like this? https://www.dropbox.com/s/anlnfxp56iwiyca/2013-01-27%2013.02.10.jpg

I think I was able to set a couple of levers in my attempts (at least they stayed up. I had it disassembled and was trying to understand what I'm asking right now). But didn't manage to pick it.
I would like to know if it is a matter of skill and patience, or I'm just doing it wrong and need a completely different pick.
Maybe I'm missing something!
