Deadbolts available in Oil Rubbed Bronze

Postby treman44 » 1 Feb 2013 22:17

Hi all!

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I've been contemplating locks for a customer of mine. He is looking for high security deadbolts that come in an oil rubbed bronze finish. My immediate thought was the MT5+. My typical go-to in similar situations is the Protec 2, but they do not seem to be available in that finish.

Are there some tier-1 locks available in oil rubbed bronze that I'm not thinking of?

You can buy a Grade 1 DB from Schlage and install a Medeco cylinder. You could use a mortise DB and use whatever cylinder in 10B finish. Medeco also sells their own DB in 10B finish. Different makers use different codes for 10B finish, Medeco uses 13, Schlage uses 613 ANSI coding.

What is wrong with the Multilock in 613?
