don't make the mistake of thinking the best pick set on earth will get you into every lock on earth. It's not the pick set that gets you in, it's the skill and experience of the person holding the tools.

like magic she always unlocked any lock for me in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was my Masterkey system. (FYI, this was never issued, I had a Naval Master Gunsmith thats owed me a favor. I called my marker and he was able to replicate it)

Jokes aside, It is true, its the skill that will unlock the lock. I have a mixed set of Peterson (OUTSTANDING TOOLS) and SouthOrd. The plan is to test and pick the best of the lot.
