What kind of lock are these?

Hey guys,

This is probably a dead simple question. But is there a name for indoor door nob locks which lock from one side but have no keyhole on the other? But rather a small circle cutout. I see them commonly on bedroom doors.

My bathroom has one of these and it can be "picked" with a small flat head srew driver. They are intended to be opened in this way.

That's not picking. That's unlocking.
