Is there any Dead Locks that can't be Picked?

Would you be able to tell me, If there are any dead locks that can't be picked?
Also the same question for Euro cylindas like the Evva MCS?.

Since you used the term dead locks, I will assume you are from the UK.

Are you looking for a euro profile cylinder AND a rim cylinder, and does dead lock mean a mortised lock like an ERA 5 Lever ?

Abloy Protec is a good choice, as is the EVVA MCS you already mentioned. EVVA 3KS is good as well.
