Meaning
if you dont have the Standard leather case that they came in.
like for me I have my pick set in the original case
But
The ones that I've made I keep in a Metal "AOL CD" jacket
for 2 reasons
1. It makes a great little storage box thats pretty secure.
2. it's an AOL Case. Nobody will ever think of looking in it or accidently picking it up.
So what do you keep your set in?

I have two dental style clone picks. A bogota rake, small hook and a tensioner stored inside a single metal cigar holder. I like it but it is a bit too long.

My set came in a leather case, but i store all my lockpick stuff in a toolbox. What would make a great case is one of those mini tool kits. They are made of cloth or leather, they zip up all the way, and they have sleaves in them that would be perfect for a pick.

like bushd, i have some stuffed in a metal cigar tube.
the majority are in a cheque-book case, although I'm partway through tearing apart an old cell-phone case to put them in.

I predominately use a zippered case of some sort.
Although, I have a large variety of other styles. Everything from snap over to flip top, roll and velcro.

Magnetically "locked" eyeglass case works perfect for my everyday carry. Just received a larger "day-timer" sized case, so I'm going to fill that up and see how it goes.

The picks I keep in the car are in a plastic toothbrush tube stuffed with a bit of cotton wool to stop the rattle.
I pick in the dark.

I use a combination of a MOLLE Vest panel (for those who don't know what it is its a military vest with lots of elastic loops) for a large part of my smaller tools and my carry on goes in a brockhage navigator case. I plan to change to a zippered case for my carry case, so that I can put a large dessicant pack in it to preven my peterson picks from rusting like crazy if I don't oil them after every use. I recommend putting a few dessicant packs in any of your tool cases, just to eliminate the moisture that can damage your tools.

I keep my small set in a velcro foldover designed for a pocket knife.

I used to use a clamshell eyeglass case, now I use a zippered nylon case which I like best.
I don't work, I participate.

I have Rytans, with the plastic handles. I posted a thread on this a long time ago, and ended up getting the Bi-Fold pick case from Peterson. It works great. Holds everything perfectly, and I can keep a few of my SouthOrds in there too.

I too really like my Peterson case.
I have the tri-fold and the only complaint I have is the finish of the case is poor around the edges. Other than that, they're great.
Also use a drill bit roll (for auger bits etc) and a pen case with individual compartments for my home made tools.
