Yesterday I picked 6 Master Nº3 blind out of the box, 1 Master Nº140 and a Commando Padlock:

Failed at a Kwikset Smartkey. Big time
Go ahead, keep plugging away, picking on me! You will end up on bypass or with rigor mortise.

Great job! Have you tried leaving the Commando's shackle open 180 degrees, then picking it backwards to remove the shackle? It is fun!

Never tried it! Didn't know the shackle can be removed like that
Gonna do that today then!

Are the Commando's capable of being disassembled non-destructivelly? I mean to get the core out and rekey them

Not yet, but Patrick Smith is working on making a solid body padlock that will be rekeyable.

I bypassed a Master Lock 175 with a hook. Quite a nice looking combination padlock although, easier to open with a slim piece of metal than with the combination.

I am awaiting some more locks (a few Abus locks, another warded lock, a few Chinese disc detainer locks, etc), so I just picked my Master Lock #1, #3, and #141.

Today I picked open an Era 1930 series BS nightlatch on a customers door, having just installed it and closed it with the keys inside (oops). No lockie likes knocking on the door to get let back in, so out came the trusty DIY hook...

In the last few days I also had my first play with a couple of Millenco Magnums - both picked in pretty short order, though timing varies wildy. I also made myself a nice rigid tension wrench fro dimple locks with large keyways, and using that *finally* managed to pick a Mul-T-Lock integrator screw in which has been defying me for months. I usually find Integrators pretty easy, but this is pinned without any security pins, and was a little git!

I thought they had security pins :?

Weird. Can you gut it and check?

Nice job on that!

I went to the grocery store last night, and walked by the aisle with "not grocery" items and I saw a Master Lock 140, so I thought to get it as a present for myself. I need practice with security pins and I know my current locks too well.

I SPP'd it, but I am having some trouble with that. Something for me to practice on now.

However, in my desperation/frustration at SPPing it without consistent results, I tried scrubbing with my Bogota, which I have never really used (I started with SPP, and never went for speed). Well...it is like a key for this lock.

Managed to pick my Corbin MasterRing to the regular sheerline (not the master ring) today.

Was tough but I did it. Need to get consistent at it though, as many times I end up picking it to the ring

Borrowed these from RRibeiro to impression keys for:

All fell down (blind) to the wrath of my Bogotas

These locks are TESA's. Never had picked those. These pricks have such tight tolerances
I managed to get two of them by SPP but it's not even consistent. Need to practice harder. These don't even need security pins (although I believe they have spools) to be good. Just the tolerances make these locks a PITA to pick.

I'm pleasantly impressed

Good job, fgarci! Nice Stack-O-Locks there. How is the impressioning of them coming along?
