Insurance Cost

Thanks for the great forum...there is so much great information here. I'm trying to get an idea of what the cost of liability insurance for 300K worth of coverage. I'm having problems getting quotes for coverage in Maryland and would like some numbers to compare.

Thanks
ASAP

Check with your local Allstate agent. They offer a specific policy for locksmiths.

I think my million dollar policy is about $600 a year. Most industrial plants and govt work requires million dollar minimum.

My mil policy is around $400-500 a year (State Farm) if I remember correctly.
My commercial auto insurance is more expensive :( about 1400 a year :(

Are you just trying to protect yourself? I was shocked that Oklahoma doesn't require use to have insurance or a bond. Most do to cover any mistakes they make or if it is required to get a contract.

I would say All State, State Farm or Farmers should be able to do it. Might try one of the insurance companies that bond or insure security guards.
