What type of Master Lock is this / How to pick?

So I was digging around and I found these two locks and I'm not quite sure what they are and how to pick them.
The difference that I've noticed is that the lock will turn about 90 degrees so I can't apply tension to the lock.

I was thinking maybe if I put the tension wrench a little farther in maybe it would work, but I figured that I would ask here to see if anyone here knows about the lock

Those are warded locks. Search for warded locks, and there is info on how to open them!

So I've looked it up and from what I've read and seen, I only need to worry about latch at the back, correct?
My problem is I think I can feel where it fits, but when I try to turn my pick, there is a lot of tension and I'm worried about breaking my pick
In Illusion's guide, he said you could make a skeleton key from a bike spoke... Should I do this or is there something I am missing? Thanks!

It would be easiest to purchase a set of warded lock picks. Aside from that, yes a pick made from a bicycle spoke would work well. Picks made for pin tumbler locks usually will not stand up to the torsion needed for a warded lock.

Also the latch is not always at the back. And there can be more than one latch.
