Was easy to make and works as good if not better than my snap gun. Great post

I'm definitely going to make one of these, maybe a tiny one for small keyways such as the unpickable, wobbly plugged, jerky spring tensioned bike lock I've got !!

I have a pro manual pick gun and I can tell you sometimes it wears me forearm out after a few minutes snapping it on a lock. I think it would be a nightmare to use a homemade one if it doesn't open up the first few snaps. And mine even has a comfy rubber grip over the handle.

Thanks for the nice descriptive images. I'm glad someone included a size comparison. I've heard that bicycle spokes work a lot better than a coat hanger. (Holds its form a lot better) I plan to make a few in the next couple days.

I have made several of these and I can tell you they work quite well. All you have to do is push down on the top and release it. It will snap back up and bump the pins up. Try making one. You'll like em. Jon
