Hello everyone, I am going to buy my first lock pick (set?) today or tomorrow, for minimal use on the same lock no more than 10 times. It is going to be used to pick a Falcon lock (if that helps). I am hoping to spend no more than 20 or 30 dollars on it, and it needs to be able to be shipped to Canada. What would you recommend?? Thanks for the help.

This is an extremely odd question. Why on earth would you need to pick a specific lock a few times? You're going to want to provide a lot more information about what you're trying to do, because right now my it kinda sounds like you're planning to do something unethical.

Can you draw the keyway in ascii art for us? A complete lock design in ascii art with all details will tell us more than actual pictures for this project. We can surely help if you can do this for us. I know it seems like an odd request but ascii art is always more descriptive of the lock regardless if you know the keyway or not. Old hats here will understand that much better to help you!
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

Sigh... So many threads exist for what cheap pick set should I buy, please take at least 20 seconds of your time to use the Search function instead of starting yet another similar thread...
Also, pick sets are not magical, you still have to have skill in order to pick a lock, you dont insert a pick and the lock is open like in the movies.

Sounds to me like some unethical activity, but you could try making your own or even better try google?, it really isn't hard to do things for yourself.

HA! Not true. Mine are totally magical. All I do is put my magic pick in the lock, wiggle up and down three times while I play this in my head, and THAT'S all it takes (granted, it's totally necessary at this point to be dressed in my tight fitting black jumpsuit with a wristwatch as big as a coffee cup, and at least three carabiners dangling from belt loops, as I do it) .... but, .... BUT, THEN there's this babe on the other side of the door, and she insists on inspecting my tool set .... THEN .... .... then, I wake up.
