Klom m747 tubular key cutter

I bought a Klom m747 tubular key cutter and I just can not seem to figure out how to use it to cut keys properly.If anybody can help me out with this it would be surely apreciated THKS greg from Max Force security Locksmith

It looks like a copy of the HPC Pocket Cut-Up™ No. TKM-90 . Do a search. There are utube vids and instructions available from the HPC site
