Lock Pickers Mall

Has anyone ordered from Lock Pickers Mall?

I placed an order for HPC's Pro Mixer and a few other 2000 series and rubber handled picks earlier today (It was the only site I found with either the Pro Mixer or individual HPCs except Multipick).

The guy seemed genuine enough talking to him through emails but after searching around on LP101, I can't find anyone who has actually ordered from them. So the question goes out, are they a genuine/trustworthy company?

I've never bought from them myself but at least they've been around for several years now to my knowledge, which makes them being legit more likely.
It's not the tools that open the lock. It's me.

Update: My items arrived today (4 weeks).

I originally negotiated a less expensive airmail shipping option than the $35 and my items did not arrive after over 3 weeks. Strange I thought becuase most items reach me in 3-4 days, 1 week is usually tops.

The nice bloke at Lock picker's mall sent me a replacement identical package free of charge and we were in constant contact throughout.

Verdict: Lock Picker's mall is a reliable source for tools, some good prices and stuff which is hard to get hold of elsewhere but be careful how they reach you.

Sorry to catch this thread too late but I have ordered several times from Lock Picker's Mall and NEVER had any problems. When items were backordered they sent me an email plus covered 2 day shipping for the items so everything arrived on time. They seem like very good people to deal with and will continue to get my business.

Agreed: They seem to be a first class supplier. They replied to all of my emails withing 24 hours & were helpful at every stage.

In my case it's the postal services fault, possibly mine. Not theirs.

I used Pay-Pal for my order.

I have just recently just ordered two HPC picks from them. Its been a week, and still no item. But Ive been told though one of my picks were out of stock. So Im still waiting. It seems like a good store, but shipping takes forever

Just got my first lock pick set and a practice lock, ordered from Lockpickersmall. Everything came quickly and just how I had ordered it. I had even made a small request and they fulfilled it and included a small personalized note. I would definitely use them.
