vingcard electronic lock not working

Hello Friends
Would you be so kind in assisting me? I was called by a friend who knew that I am a locksmith to work on two locks. the locks are vingcard electronic one work and the other will not work. This lock is one that use (RFID) I changed the batteries but it still not working, any help would be appreciated.

When I was stationed onboard an aircraft carrier, many secure spaces had Vingcard. Me and my coworkers owned those locks. Reprogramming over 100 cards was never fun. Anyways to get back on topic, replace the lock. The internals of those locks failed a lot for us. We got pretty good about mixing and matching of parts from broke units to rebuild an in use one. But if you don't have a Vingcard graveyard, your SOL. Sorry to be a bearer of bad news.
