Other members have given you all the information you need; no successful covert attacks against the EVVA MCS are known to have occurred. The door and window hardware, and any other reasonable access points must be immune to covert entry. Have a professional alarm system installed.

As for the stalker 'easily' hacking your CCTV system... I have my doubts about that, but you can install a separate, stand-alone covert camera such as these ones: http://www.dhgate.com/wholesale/wall+socket+camera.html That will keep recording even when your system is 'hacked'.

I'm not even sure if it's possible, but if your stalker's locksmith friend is a Mul-T-Lock dealer and agrees to decode and cut unauthorized keys for a MT5+ as you said he is doing, then he is criminally complicit in this elaborate (and unlikely) plot. If you are serious you should contact the police, hire a reputable PI, armed guards, or something to that tune.

Owning a violent, bloodthirsty pit bull that you keep home when you're out would be a pretty good deterrent, but you can't raise one until your spook has done all the stalking he would like to.
If you do not manipulate the lock, then the lock will manipulate you

In this situation, bringing up weapons is probably a bad idea.

This forum's management is a bit concerned about public image and avoiding any association with criminals in lock picking. How much worse would it be if getting a shotgun or armed guards or dangerous animals were inspired by advice on this forum to someone who made highly improbable claims?

I have an even better idea.. since the op hasn't logged in since the 12th, and has received plenty of awesome advice, why don't we stop this train wreck now and lock the thread.

The OP has sent me a kind, polite, and very nice PM  , so I'm graciously unlocking the thread so that she may address you once again...

I had an older gentleman who always insisted that the guy next door was breaking in. First the guy came in and took his keys and made copies then put them back in the house, all while the guy was sleeping. Next time, there was something moved in the shop, then somebody was eating his food. It went on and on and on. I lived across the road to the guy, and I always kept an eye out and never seen anything. I rekeyed his house 2 times. Then I contacted his immediate family and let them know the situation, It was becoming a scenario where I felt I was scamming the guys making money rekeying his house, when there really was no break ins at all. I am the only locksmith around, and it was no longer something I wanted to be involved in. After I quit helping him, he bought maybe 12 more locks for his house. The other day he moved into a nursing home, his family brought buy a huge milk crate full of locksets with very little use, and gave them to me for parts, and for helping other elderly or poor people around town.
