I seriously doubt that you will open some decent locks with that. The shapes you got here are more or less useless, the picks are too thick and I don't see a classic hook or a half diamond, just some fancy snakes. They're are also too short for good feedback (and with feedback we mean the response you will get from a lock).
This is not a good pick set to start with and this has nothing to do with the metal.
We all here love well-made things (visit the homebrew section) and if titanium would be so much better we all would use titanium picks. But it isn't.
However, If you like titanium so much, you could buy the Bogota Titanium Flats - but there's only one flat hook included and it doesn't come with handles. Maybe someone else can recommend a good titanium pick set to you.
