Now I can do it in a few seconds but everything I've looked up says you need a tension wrench to turn so I'm just wondering if its broken or what?
we cant possibly know without seeing a photo of it.. is it a nice padlock? is it some old made in china thing? is it a luggage lock? a commercial gate lock? what type of pick were you using when picking it. were you raking or using single pin picking method?
Thanks for providing more detail,
