Is it possible to duplicate a set of tubular keys. These keys have 6 splines running down the inside of the tube at different lengths. Here is a picture.

What is the name of the manufacturer, do you have a photo of the front of the lock mechanism? Thank you, Squuelchtone

The keys are to a blue supra lock box. I can try and take a picture of the box but the lock might be hard to see.

Those are going to be more or less impossible to get from anyone other than the manufacturer. It's a registered/restricted system so they will want paperwork like proof of ownership and/or the signature of the person named on order/contract to get more keys.
