Can anyone shed any light on this lock and how to crack it. Its on a condom vending machine i got if that helps

Why crack it? , just call a locksmith and have them rekey it.

Then you can set it up in your washroom and have a key party.

+1 for that. If you bought the machine and want to use it or repurpose it then "cracking" it will do nothing for you. However, if you call a locksmith they can make a key for you this way you can actually use it. Just an FYI this is a hobbyist forum and you will find that we are generally cautious when it comes to giving information out about "cracking" a lock to someone with 1 post and poor quality cell phone picture of a lock, sorry.

For my own research, what is this tubular lock called?
--> It's definitely different from the typical Ace II type tubular lock.

Are the extra cuts in the face just cosmetic?
i.e. would the key for this be a standard tubular key?
