Unique Tension wrench shape.

I have seen this weird tension wrench that is shaped in a Y. I can't remember where I saw this but I know I've seen it somewhere out there. Anyways how do you use this and what would you need it for?

It's a double-sided tension wrench, and you can use it on pretty much anything...it's particularly handy for wafer locks or keyways that are tight.

i really want that tension stick, with the weights on, it looked so gangster, u dont even have to hold it, just pick the pins in there shear line.
