Strange Excelsiour Stamford Conn. tool box

So I came across this old tool box looking thing in my deceased grandfathers garage, and was wondering how to go about picking it? I've picked file cabinets and whatnot but never anything as strange as this. here is a picture of the key and lock, any suggestions?'

since you have the key, I'd use the key.

I dont have the key this picture was just an example of EXACTLY what it is, as my camera isnt working now. but I just jammed it open with a flathead from the seam where the box connects... thanks though

it's 2014.. I hate people who say their camera isn't working.. borrow a friends iphone or galaxy and upload to Imgur.. cmon now, technology isnt as hard as people make it out to be.. :roll:

well some people live in a rural area where that isn't an option. but thanks for all the help lmao. Im still curious as to how you would pick a lock of this sort
