Too far away to be sure, but it looks like a security pentalobe screw. (Five sided Allen wrench with a post in the middle).

Looks like a standard National Rockford freezer lock.

I thought pentalobe had arched sides. Well I gotta believe Gordon, he is much more of an expert in these things then I am :)
It looks like some kind of proprietary security screw to me. Maybe what's available and what isn't is different in the US than here.

It kind of looks like the latch on a electrical or elevator panel.. Maybe if I knew where this was located we could get a better idea...
When I finally leave this world.. Will someone please tell my wife what I have REALLY spent on locks ...

I looks a bit like a Pentalobe but with flat sides...cool security screw though.
