You mean like spool, mushroom, serrated, etc? You can probably search the internet and find pictures of all of the different types of pins.

Perfect hand placement...for picking? That's personal preference. A lighter touch will yield better results than a firmer touch.

Here's a link to a post that contains some good reference material, and the Overkill document I believe has some info on hand position.

Please put some energy into formulating your post titles and questions, or at least complete sentences that make sense.. we are not mid readers and even though it may make sense to you, to someone who is not on the same page, it is a guessing game wondering what it is you need.

Thank you,
Squelchtone

If you're looking for a great collection on templates, we have them here! Look in the Manual section of the beginning page and click on it. As soon as you get in there, you can go to the templates area. Great templates to work off of.

Lock PICK designs...I read that wrong the first time.

There are a whole TON of different picks out there, and as KPick pointed out, there is a resource here that will show you some templates.

If you're just starting out, really all you need is a half-diamond, a medium hook and maybe a rake or two along with a tension wrench. These are most peoples 'go-to' picks anyhow and until you get more experienced and start into some more difficult locks, these are all you need.

What specifically are you looking for?
