Master keying and key management software

I have been operating as the house locksmith alongside my other duties for a property management firm. I want to update things with a program or programs for managing our master key systems and our issued keys. Our buildings all have Schlage hardware, so I was looking at the SiteMaster 200 program but I don't want to go to the boss for $2300 when something better might be out there. What should I be looking for in a program of this type, and can anyone make a recommendation or link to a comparison?

Promaster 7 and Key Manager are the best of the best. Really expensive but very versatile and super easy to use.
