sterling locks

hi im new to lockpicking and bought 2 sets of rake keys here are the links to what i bought.having got them im wanting to know if these will work on sterling locks there on pvc doors i have one at home but ive tried the raking method weather im doing it wrong or not is a different question ive followed different videos to the letter and the 2 sets of keys i bought wont open my front door heres the info on the 2 sets i bought

Due to the simple fact that the size of the keyway will probably interfere with these, I consider these inefficient.

i have that first set and would like to know if anyone has had any success because i just can not seem to get them to work

They work great on rim cylinders if you want to use them on upvc euro cylinders you should try their universal bump keys you can get the both full sets all 6 for £20ish and they work great. If your unsure how they work sort of then they do put a video on their site with the product.

i have the first set you have linked and i never had much luck with them until one day i just happened to pick them up on the way out to job and i could not for the life of me pick the rim cylinder and remembering i had the keys in my pocket i just tried it an the second key i tried just opened it in seconds i was like a big kid when it opened but haven't really tried them much since the trick is really light tension and rake the same speed you would with a normal rake hope this helps

oh and i would just like to say i really hate sterling lock always have a nightmare with them they always feel like they need tones of tension so they may not be the best lock to try them on but thats just me it may be different in your case good luck any ways
