Cross lock

I just received this cross lock in the mail today. It has three sets of pin stacks that are 90° apart. The faceplate over the cylinder rotates independently of the cylinder, which I think would make for tricky tensioning if you were trying to pick it with standard picks. It also only rotates about 60° and is key retaining.

We usually call that a cruciform lock and the manufacturer most associated with this mechanism is the Brazilian company Papaiz.
