Sentry safe x075. Or x055? Not sure the safes look very simi

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

Sentry safe x075. Or x055? Not sure the safes look very simi

I bought a sentry off of Craigs list about a year ago , it came with one key, which is in the safe, I know, nice place for it !!! and you can enter in your four digit code as well, the reset button is right next to where the battery Goes into, and I thought I replaced the batteries recently, but I may of put it used not new batteries . I'm not 100%sure which model cause the sticker Is worn off. The battery is dead and I can't get in and I have Important paperwork in it! Birth certificates, ss cards.. Etc. I have never picked a sentry safe before, mostly Padlocks, kwikset for locks I know the key is double sided, I am looking to buy the right pick to pick it open without damaging the safe. Is that a double sided wafer lock? Or should I buy some automotive jigglers? I want to build my collection of picks, and enhance my skills, but I have never picked a sentry with the tumblers on both right and left sides of the core? So any ideas on which direction to go? And which site to purchase from?
Any input would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance.

A photo would be great, especially of the entire safe and then a close up of the lock cylinder.

Some of these need both the keypad and the key to open, but on some the key is an override for the keypad, won't know till we see a photo.

upload photos to imgur (they love photos of safes there) and copy/paste in here.

fyi, I moved this post from hobby lockpicking to This Old Safe.

They are a pain to pick, at least mine was. There are easier ways to open this safe.
I'm not sure how much I should say on this topic.................
