Well, I will not be picking this one to control. I couldn't stand looking at that [Insert name of school district] stamp on the side of the lock. I guess I grew a concience after high school, so I drove over to the old alma mater and locked that old lock through the hasp of a newer lock on one of the gates. I figure even if they do end up throwing it away, they won't be forced to break out the bolt cutters while deciding what to do with that relic. What are the odds of them still using the old keys?
-- I have a tendency to write hasp when I mean shackle. It's a bad habit, but I'm working on it one day at a time.
If you find my insistence that you pay me to do something unreasonable, you probably shouldn't be bothering me at work.
